If it's TDMA, then it really really needs some time synch.

If it has none, it's like Airmax, and therefore of limited benefit.

I bet Skypilot rue the day they used a nano 2 and tested their TDMA code on it.

Both CPUs would use the same MikroTik x86 firmware - as would some others, as they are x86 architecture.

The problem would be more than just making a driver work on your specific CPU chip.
They would have to make/get a driver that would work on all x86 CPUs.

I forgot to mention that you can tell what power the MT RB is on by monitoring the voltage it has, so you can script for whether the PSU have both failed (based on time-of-day if you attach a solar panel).

And you get a few Days of No Problem, so it's not an emergency if/when they do.

Is it more a question of making the 1 router balance it's own traffic more 'fairly', or is it a centralised 'system' for controlling t...

3 mbps
You can't get the 3Mb/s delivered to any 1 customer, but if you use the PCC setup, the users will not congest the Total link capacity so much.

You also need to rate-limit the users to something less that the MAX speed you can get - 2mb/s in your case.
