Re: v7.9 [stable] is released!

我试着再次7.9,工作一段时间然后失败ed again. I downgraded back to 7.8 but as a test, left the 7.9 firmware loaded. Still had issues. Reverting to 7.8 firmware and 7.8 RouterOS and all is well again. I wonder if the 7.9 firmware has affected the switch behaviour? RB750Gr3, Ether 1 is W...

Re: v7.9 [stable] is released!

I'm having issues with the switch ports on RB750Gr3.... Checked on my Hex, can't confirm (pretty basic config as well). I switched it on this morning around 7 AM and up til now (16h11), no messages in log about ports being toggled. Best to create supout.rif and send it to support. Thanks for checki...

Re: v7.9 [stable] is released!

I'm having issues with the switch ports on RB750Gr3. Very strange behaviour. Sometimes no packets Tx or Rx shown under "interfaces" (but the port is active and transmitting packets). Shows no link active (but it is...). Seems to be the last port plugged in. E.g., by unplugging the "ba...

Re: v7.2 is released!

Simple Queues now don’t immediately break IPv6 (thank you!) however … enabling them causes the router to become slow-to-unresponsive in about 60 seconds (RB750GR3). Only quickly logging in via terminal (webfig is unresponsive) to disable the simple queue rescues it. edit: Reading the other thread h...

Re: v7.1.3 is released!

IPv6 still breaks if you apply any Simple Queues. Makes it unusable for me. This has been the same since all 7.x releases and noted many times. Also, not as drastic but still annoying, the graphs URL from Webfig still fails under https.

Re: some quick comments on configuring cake

With the above result, yes, I think y'all have compelling reasons to run out and deploy fq_codel and cake everywhere you can, ASAP. :) I feel compelled :D …but worth reminding that Simple Queues as used in some of the examples in this thread appear to break IPv6 under ROS 7.1.1 (ref https://forum.m...

Re: IPv6 SLAAC

This worked for me (I've pasted my config as commands, but all the below is accessible within the IPv6 menu of webfig) where ether1 is connected to my ISP and my LAN WAN bridge is called “ bridge ” - Enable DHCP client. My ISP gives me a /56 delegation so use that in the prefix length field. I don’t...

Re: 7.1.1 - CAKE breaks IPv6

Same with PCQ Simple Queue applied to target = WAN interface. Functionally works as expected for IPv4, breaks IPv6
