hi all, We downloaded v6.36.4 yesterday and registered (10-12-16) and installed our NAS on it. but now every 15 mins license id change and level showing 0. Admin password reset to black and all other id's gone. my config is there but i cannot take backup. i mail 4-5 mails to support but yet not recd...
